If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • If you cancel within 24 hours OR same day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If any portion of your scheduled service is cancelled same day you will be charged 100% of cancelled service. This is considered a same day cancellation. For example, you booked for a brow wax and spray tan but vou choose to cancel the brow wax at the time of appointment. You will still be responsible for the cost of the brow wax. • Please know that when failing to provide adequate cancellation notice I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment or time with my family. • If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment with no notice the appointment is considered a no-show and the client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled service. • If you are 10-15 minutes late for an appointment, even with notice, the appointment is subject to cancellation due to scheduling conflicts. • In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. • Children under 12 years of age are not able to accompany you during your appointment per liability and safety reasons.
