I’m also a wife, Mom and Advanced Esthetic Instructor. I have over 12 certifications recognized by the MA state board of cosmetology. I specialize in skincare treatments and natural beauty enhancements. I use clinically proven formulas that deliver results, gently. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services • Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Any portion of your scheduled service cancelled at the time of appointment is considered a same day cancellation and will be charged 100%. For example, you booked a brow wax and spray tan but you decide you no longer want the spray tan at the time of appointment. • If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment with no notice the appointment is considered a no-show. • If you are 10 or more minutes late for an appointment, even with notice, the appointment is subject to cancellation due to scheduling conflicts. • In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. • Children under 10 years of age are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments for liability and safety reasons, with the exception of eyebrow service appointments only.
